The dining room, with a wooden dinner table and mid-century modern chairs, provides a restaurant-like feel with seating for eight. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage, neighborhood streets, and driveway. A pet-friendly stay is offered with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Corinth, located in Denton County north of Lake Lewisville and approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is conveniently located 15 miles southwest of Corinth, about a 20-minute drive. Corinth offers excellent highway access, making it easy to explore Dallas and nearby attractions such as Old Alton Bridge, Corinth Community Park, Denton Community Market, and Lake Lewisville. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed at the property. Only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The gas-operated fireplace should only be used if you are familiar with its operation and should not be left unattended. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Self-check-in is available, with instructions provided one day prior to arrival. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
