Wi-Fi in public areas is free, and each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and access to the pool where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fitness center and lounge access are also included. Full-service valet parking is available in the building for $45 per day, exclusive of tax. Situated in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Uber and Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets with a 40 lbs combined weight are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
