It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, pool access (seasonal), fitness center access, and lounge access. Self-service garage parking is also available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment options such as Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, Frankie's Downtown, and Dallas Chop House. Located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Uber and Lyft ridesharing are also low-cost options to get around. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max of 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
