Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee based on stay length is collected separately.
