Late check-out fee is $50 per hour. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through a verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
