We’re excited to host you in our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offering breathtaking views of Downtown Dallas. This contemporary retreat provides all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The living area features a queen bed in Bedroom 1 with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, a queen bed in Bedroom 2, and a sofa bed in the living room with a coffee table and a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom includes a bath with shower, wash basin, mirror, and essential toiletries. We ensure your health and safety with thorough cleaning between stays. Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy. Pets are allowed based on size, but please notify us in advance to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet: $25 per night for stays of 1-4 nights, $200 total for stays of 5-29 nights, and $300 total for stays of 30 nights or longer. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by our rental terms and conditions, provide a valid ID before check-in, and complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions. Submit the required information within 24 hours of booking or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. Reservations that do not meet the verification criteria may be canceled.
