A guest verification is required prior to stay, including providing a government-issued photo ID and possibly undergoing a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. The company is not responsible for any maintenance or repair issues in the building.
