Free valet parking for one vehicle per reservation and the apartment is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, complete with free detergent for your convenience. Pets are allowed based on size, but you must notify us in advance to avoid cancellations. A cleaning fee will be charged depending on the length of your stay: 1–4 nights: $25 per pet, per night, 5–29 nights: $200 per pet, and 30+ nights: $300 per pet. Vehicles that will be refused include those with breathalyzers, unsafe modifications, or malfunctioning braking systems, oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, or any vehicle that accommodates 10+ passengers or is taller than 6'8", dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, external lockers, or containers, vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or oversized custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles lacking standard car-style controls. Convenient self-check-in and check-out through our smart lock system. Guest verification is required prior to your stay. To comply with legal and security requirements, guests may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact details, complete an online verification process, and undergo a background check, if necessary. This information is used solely for verification purposes and will not be stored or shared for any other reason. All guests must sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in, complete a background check if requested by the host or property manager, and complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions. Guests must submit all required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed within the specified time.
