The kitchen is undeniably the heart of the home with an open-concept layout and a huge island, upgraded with a gorgeous backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. This part of the house gets plenty of natural sunlight which makes it perfect for serene peaceful mornings. Free parking is available to guests. There is plenty of space available in the double garage, on the neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. Flower Mound is a lovely suburb of Dallas and it is one of the best places to live in Texas! With its rural, small-town feel, this neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly. Conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport, there are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks for you to explore! We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in.
