With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing pool, it's the ideal place to relax with family and friends. The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (1st Floor), Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds (2nd Floor), Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 5: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds (1st Floor). The private master suite is located on the main floor and features a relaxing jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The large living area features a beautiful modern design with vibrant pops of color. The amazing kitchen offers tons of cupboards to store snacks and ingredients and offers ample space on the granite countertops. You’ll have built-in appliances and a large island with barstools to enjoy your meals at. Whether you’re having takeout or cooking up your own meal, you’ll have everything you need in this fully loaded kitchen. The backyard oasis is fully fenced in for complete privacy and includes a gorgeous covered pergola, ample green space, a private hot tub, and a huge pool with amazing stonework and landscaping. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 6+ guests and the fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests. This Grand Prairie neighborhood offers a peaceful, suburban setting with convenient access to dining, shopping, and parks. Guests will enjoy nearby attractions like Grand Prairie Premium Outlets and The Epic community center, as well as easy highway access to explore Dallas and surrounding areas. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last minute concerns. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. We have installed a noise alert device in our home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. This device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and washer/dryer.
