All linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The home is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests.
