After a long day, indulge in a soak in the jacuzzi tub located in the primary retreat. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed on the first floor, a king-size and queen-size bed on the third floor, a twin over twin bunk bed attached to the master room, and queen-size beds on the second floor, with additional rooms opening for larger groups. The garage has been converted into an amazing cinema room for entertainment with friends and family. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of eight and ten guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. For security, there are two cameras installed outside the house, recording 24/7. Located in a quiet, central Houston neighborhood, this area offers easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment. Only registered guests are permitted during your rental period, and any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. The pool is not heated, and the fireplace in the master bedroom is not active at the moment. The landscaper visits once a week, and the pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month. A self-check-in process is available, and you will receive an email with instructions one day prior to your arrival.
