This is a TINY HOUSE! Wheelchair accessible, Live smaller and more efficient in this converted historic Labatory and garage. We just converted it to a living space last year, so it has an antique and contemporary vibe that is all but new. Of course, it is a very small space like a one room home. it has no steps on the property, so it makes it easier for those in a wheelchair. The bathroom was also designed for a person in a wheelchair. When entering the property, you open the door on the street to a lovely courtyard with roses growing up the wall to your left and on the right, you see the 100+ year old stone wall of your tiny home. The city just made a small city park next to the tiny home, very convenient for relaxing.
