Two pets (dogs or cats) are permitted per home; however, restrictions apply. There is a non-refundable $250 (or $43.75 sure deposit) pet fee per pet and a $20 pet rent per month for each pet. Our community weight limit is 99 pounds and aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited (ask for details).
