Northside / Northline Neighborhood

Part of the northside Houston, Northline is a neighborhood located in between Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road. The area is within the 77076 zip-code of Houston, Texas, and is intersected by Tidwell Road. The entirety of the neighborhood is in Harris County, outside of Loop 610.

Northline is serviced by the Houston Independent School District and, in some areas, Aldine Independent School District. The northern edge of Northline borders the city of Aldine on Gulfbank Road and Little Yorkie Road, which causes the overlap of the Aldine school district.

Right next to the neighborhood of Northline is the Northline Commons, formerly the Northline Mall, a shopping venue off of Interstate 45. It features a large amount of restaurants and retail stores. The Northline community is also well within driving distance of the majority of the big city’s activities and events such as the Houston Astros, Houston Dynamos, and Houstons Rockets.

Other nearby attractions include Clark Park, which is inside of the neighborhood, the Northtown Plaza Shopping Center, Kerr Park, and Independence Park on the other side of Interstate 45. Downtown Houston is also just a few miles to the south.
