Park Place Neighborhood

Park Place is a rural, suburban community with wide lots and modest homes nestled under mature trees. It is located seven miles southeast of downtown Houston, Texas. Park Place is conveniently located two miles north of Hobby Airport. It is between the I-610 and Park Place Boulevard, with I-45 on the west side and Old Galveston Road to the east.

Glenbrook Park Golf Course is located on the south side of Park Place. This public golf course opened in 1927, making it the second-oldest course in Houston. This popular course is located along the Sims Bayou.
