Located in the 77057 zip code, this Harris County community is in close proximity to everything that the fourth most populated city in the U.S. has to offer. Golf fans will be on cloud nine with three major courses in the area: Houston Country Club to the west, Memorial Park Golf Course, and River Oaks Country Club to the east.

Annual events include the Uptown Holiday Lighting — celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2010 — which involves the lighting of 80 holiday trees on nearby Post Oak Boulevard.
