The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Bedroom 5: 2 Single Bunk Beds. All linens and towels provided, but pool towels are not. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. The heated pool is available for a fee of USD 150 per day. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The extra bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the fifth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests. No smoking inside the property, with a USD 750 fine for violation. The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool heater is currently out of service. The garage is remodeled as a game room. Pool house is used as a storage, guests will not have access to it. Security cameras are installed in the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy. This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them. We work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control.
