Marina Bay Park Neighborhood

The upscale subdivision of Marina Bay Park lies in League City, in the 77573 zip code. The subdivision is bordered by Marina Bay Drive (which runs into FM 518) and South Shore Boulevard, Shore Point Drive, and Seaborough Lane. League City is the largest City in Galveston County, and is an easy commute to Houston, the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, Galveston, or to any of the other communities within the Galveston Bay area.

Large spacious single family homes with different designs sit along the tree lined streets in this friendly neighborhood. The area has an abundance of boating facilities, and there are plenty of upscale commercial and retail businesses. Recreational opportunities abound as well, including the fabulous Big League Dreams Sports Park, a world class amateur recreational sports facility that opened in 2005.

Golfers can enjoy an outstanding course at Beacon Lakes, with sand traps and water hazards at every hole. This is a public course, so all members of the community are free to enjoy some great golfing. Magnolia Creek Golf Course offers golfers an interesting alternative in the form of a Scottish links course. The 27-hole course is located near Bay Area Boulevard.

Among the attractions in League City’s historic district are the School House Museum, which features turn of the century exhibits in an old one room schoolhouse. The Barn and Ice House Museum offers visitors a step back in time with artifacts from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
