Victory Lakes Neighborhood

Located to the south of Houston in League City is the neighborhood of Victory Lakes. The neighborhood is considered a master planned community and offers residents almost everything they could need. It is located just to the east of Interstate 45, making the trip to Houston a convenient commute. Victory Lakes is at the southern tip of League City, situated between the cities of Alvin and Dickinson.

Green space abounds both inside and outside of Victory Lakes. Within the neighborhood, residents are close to lakes, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and playgrounds for the children. They enjoy a vast array of walking trails. Located just a few miles outside the community are two retreats for nature lovers, the Armand Bayou Nature Reserve and the Bayou Wildlife Preserve. Also close by are Clear Lake and Galveston Bay.

Kemah Waterfront offers both adults and children food, rides, and water activities. Residents who are sports enthusiasts can visit the League City Sportsplex, which has many fields and activities, or play a round of golf at the Beacon Lakes Golf Club. For shopping, there are two malls located near Victory Lakes: Baybrook Mall and the Mall of the Mainland.

School-aged children have excellent public schools to attend nearby. Two elementary schools, Henry Bauerschlag and Ralph Parr, serve the Victory Lakes community. Inside the neighborhood is Victory Lakes Intermediate, while older children attend Clear Lake High. Residents who are interested in post-secondary education will find the College of the Mainland a local option.

Three hospitals are close to Victory Lakes: Clear Lake Hospital, St. Johns Hospital, and the Mainland Medical Center.
