Just 15 minutes from the Domain, Downtown Austin, and Kalahari Resorts, this condo is close to restaurants and bars. After exploring Austin, relax by taking a dip in the pool and hanging out with friends under the stars. Inside, you will find the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, well-decorated interiors, a smart TV with streaming, and complimentary coffee. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized futon, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, a fitness center, and pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guest has access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. Some units are wheelchair accessible, so please ask in advance to ensure you have an accessible first-floor unit. Located right off I-35, you can't beat the convenience and location of this Pflugerville neighborhood. You'll have one foot in 'real Texas' and one foot in Austin. The TV show Friday Night Lights was filmed right down the street, and you can enjoy 'real Texas' activities like shooting guns while also quickly getting into Austin for 6th Street, rooftop bars, and food. Ideally located close to different attractions, just hop on I-35 to get there. Uber and Lyft are available if you don't have a car. Boardwalk Shopping Center is a 5-minute drive, Dell Computer HQ is a 5-minute drive, Pfluger Park is a 7-minute drive, St. David's North Austin Medical Center is a 10-minute drive, The Domain is a 13-minute drive, and several restaurants are within a 15-minute walk. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
