The house does have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2,400+ sqft and will be fully furnished. - Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet does come with one King size bed. - Bedroom 2 comes with Queen size bed and desk. - Bedroom 3 and 4 (see nursery + playroom) are both extra rooms that we will convert into an office or bedroom to meet your needs. - Garage is setup as a bonus space with home gym, ping pong, TV, Sauna, and.. - Full kitchen with breakfast table and 4 chairs - Dinning area with dinning table can sit 6-8 people. - Backyard with patio, bbq grill, and also small playground. Owner pays for water and lawn care. Renter pays for gas and electric. No smoking. Owner can transfer cost of internet + cleaners if renter wants to continue services. Lease starting on 8/1/2025 expiring 7/30/2026(let us know if you need flexibility).
