Guests are requested to exclusively utilize the dock and refrain from trespassing onto neighbors' property or dock. The outdoor fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, wood is not provided. Guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. The indoor fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with how to use it properly. Do not leave it unattended at any time. The spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. A noise alert device is installed in the home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and to prevent unauthorized parties. The device is not recording nor storing sound data but only measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The fifth bedroom, designed as a home office, provides an additional sleeping space along with a quiet area for work or remote study. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
