Application fees are $50.00 per person aged 18 and older. We will have an upstairs unit available. Call us to pick up applications for all aged 18 years and above. Fill out and drop by the office with a copy of all driver's licenses and last 3 months of check stubs, so that we can run our background check and verify employment. We are pet friendly, we do have stringent restrictions on weight and breed though. We would love to see what we can do to get you into a new home!
