This house is in a great centralized location in the city and is right down the street from my favorite HEB in addition to many stores. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, and all around wonderful. There's a walking trail steps away and a cute park right up the street. This house has been beautified with a recent update that started just a few months ago. New vinyl floors are installed in every room, kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, refurbished cabinets are in both the kitchen and the bathrooms, brand new toilets just got installed, and make sure you check out the gorgeously upscale redone master shower! I have a good amount of furniture in great condition you are welcome to use if you like(a queen bed, single bed, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table, kitchen items, nightstand, TV, and more!). Otherwise, I'll make sure the place is cleared out if you want to bring all of yours. I love dogs and animals but I've had issues with a previous tenant who had a dog. I *might* be willing to make an exception if you are an otherwise excellent applicant and you have a small, non-shedding dog such as a maltipoo, poodle, maltese, or bichon. I will need to meet your doggie to make a determination and you will need to pay an additional pet deposit. Looking for someone who will keep my house in the wonderful shape it's currently in, and a tenant who is willing to cut/maintain the front and back lawn (I'll do the shrubs and other trimmings). I'd prefer to start with a 6-month lease that can be extended as long as you've paid on time and otherwise been a great tenant, but I might be flexible on this. My ideal candidate would have a credit score of at least 600 (bare minimum) and make 3x the rent and/or have very strong assets otherwise.
