Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations. WEIGHT LIMIT: 80lbs

Policy & Fees: Cats and dogs up to 80 pounds permitted. Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. $400 one time fee for each animal. Monthly rent $25 per pet.
