The grill also has a side burner for cooking your favorite side dish or the bar-b-que sauce. There is a firepit in the yard to sit around roasting marshmallows for the s'mores. This is a great home for family fun! This house can come fully furnished with the lease price being the same or it can be unfurnished,however the lease price will not change. There is a pool that the owners will clean if tenants would like to use it. It will be tenants' responsibility to maintain it.
