You will pay Windmill for water, sewer, gas and trash monthly with your rent and our Management team will set this part up for you! Cable services are provided by AT&T, Vexus or Optimum so you can choose the provider and plan that fits your needs! Grassano Properties allow residents to conveniently pay rent, report maintenance issues, upload insurance documents...and more! Our online resident portal helps keep your home life streamlined and simple. With 24-hour emergency maintenance and onsite management, you are sure to be comfortable and well taken care of in your new home!
