Completed applications are accepted on "first-come, first-served" basis upon submitting all required documentation. The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history (credit score greater than 550), current income (2.5x take home pay), and rental history (no eviction). If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected. Application fee is NOT refundable.
