There are seven different floor plans to choose from at Palomar Apartments and we have one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts available. Customization options include bedroom size, whether you want a patio or sunroom, studies that can be used as a bedroom or office, Jack-and-Jill restrooms, roommate/split-style plans and more. Each home is fully upgraded with the latest flooring, appliances, fixtures and styling. There really is a floor plan for everyone at our luxury apartments. Palomar amenities include a 24-hour fitness center with the latest equipment, as well as a beautiful, large pool with nearby lounging and grilling areas.
