Our home is located in a new, quiet, residential neighborhood just 2 minutes from an I-15 on ramp making it super easy to hop on the freeway and get anywhere you want to go in the greater Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. The main level of the house has a formal living room, mud room with direct access to the garage and open concept living room, kitchen and dining. The kitchen has high end appliances, a huge pantry and everything you need to make a home cooked meal. There's a sliding door in the living room that opens to the back porch where there is seating for two, a Nexgrill vertical pellet grill, and a Bullfrog hot tub! The second floor of our home has the beautiful master bedroom with a comfy king size bed and ensuite bath plus 3 additional bedrooms (1 with it's own ensuite bath as well), another full hallway bathroom, the laundry room and a reading nook. Last but not least, our unfinished basement (1430 sq ft) houses an informal gym (mats, weight bench, and free weights) and three arcade games (Street Fighter II, NFL Blitz and Double Shot Basketball)!
