Located two blocks from Liberty Park, 9th and 9th and Trolley Square; 5-10 minutes from the University of Utah; 10-15 minutes from the airport; 5-7 minutes to downtown. Easy bike access anywhere in the valley. Applicants will need to submit to a background and credit check. Proof of income is also required. First month's rent and security deposit due upon signing of lease agreement. 1 year lease minimum. Utilities are a $175/month flat rate. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, I am flexible on payment method but prefer Venmo. No pets is preferred but are negotiable.
