Both the master and guest rooms have their own full bathrooms - with another full bathroom near the dedicated office space. Landscaping and yard maintenance taken care of by the HOA. Fiber internet to the home. Fully fenced yard with covered back patio. 3 car garage with plenty of storage. $2,600/month rent + 300/month HOA/Internet/Utility fee (HOA maintains yard). $2,600 deposit, $500 non-refundable. Small dog allowed - $50 additional pet rent per month. 6-12 month lease term.
