The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid towing, please park in the white areas. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. Yellow spaces are reserved, and your vehicle may be towed if parked there. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
