Pet-friendly building with weight restrictions: pets must weigh under 30 pounds and/or be less than 20 inches tall (measured to the top of the head). This unit includes ONE assigned garage parking, with additional visitor parking available onsite and street parking options. The condo comes furnished with a dining table, coffee table, sleeper couch, queen-size bed, and TV cabinet. We’re happy to remove any furniture before move in.. Note on Parking – The parking garage is currently under construction until February 2025. Alternative parking and shelter services are provided by the condo until the work is complete. There are also street parking available on holmes run parkway.
