One perfect, FURNISHED 14.5 ft x 11.5 ft master bedroom (two large closets, private full bathroom) available for rent in the heart of Kingstowne (Terrington neighborhood). This also includes a 7 ft x 6.5 ft dual sink/vanity bathroom with private access from inside the bedroom. This is on the 3rd floor, the same floor as the W/D (nearly 6 cu. ft). This price includes all shared living space (furnished), two full sized gyms and two pools less than a mile away, and high speed internet (Verizon Fios 500 mbps/500 mbps - enough speed for a small business)! Never experience dropped signals as the home features GoogleWifi (mesh networked at each story). The recently updated bedroom (new flooring) is furnished with a dresser, a chest with a mirror, a queen bedframe that features a headboard and drawers, and a nightstand with attached USB ports for charging. Festival at Manchester Lakes is another shopping center we are walking distance to. Wegmans, Costco, BJ's, Fort Belvoir and Fort Myer are short drives away. Springfield Town Center and Old Town Alexandria are also short drives away. The Fairfax Connector buses (231/232) pick up nearby - direct to South Van Dorn or two stops to Springfield metro stops (blue line). A great deal of companies are nearby from consulting (i.e. Accenture) and DoD fields. We are close to a fire, police station, and emergency room. 95, 395, and 495 are all close for commuters to DC, the Pentagon, Amazon HQ, and even Fairfax through the county parkway. All common areas are furnished for your use: 4K/smart tvs wall-mounted and connectable to several apps, comfortable furniture (including a recliner and Bose soundbar that puts new movie theaters to shame), and high-end appliances and tools in the kitchen from a wine fridge, Keurig 2.0, a crock pot, and an air fryer. Dishes, flatware, and cups are provided. Cook like a chef on a gas stove! There is plenty of cabinet (soft-close) and pantry space for items including a wine/spirit bar. There is shared garage space for extra storage too (no fees). Enjoy the deck furnished with patio chairs, a 5-burner gas grill, and gas fire pit. Parking includes the driveway and any visitor parking (literally everything is visitor except other driveways haha). This community includes tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, walking/running trails, and local school turf fields and tracks to choose from in addition to the previously mentioned pools and gyms. Each tenant has their own bedroom and private bathroom. The outgoing tenant stayed for just under 5 years and is moving for work!
