This condo is located just across the Falls Church line ( Gallows Rd). It is one of the best of two locations within the Woodburn Condo's. It is near the pool and management office, second level, balcony overlooking park like setting. . ALL UTILITIES are included, Some extras are the pool, tennis, fitness, party room, extra storage, basketball, outside grills etc. This is the larger of the one bedroom units (over 800 square feet!). I think if I remember correctly the bedroom is 17' long.You can see Fairfax Inova Hospital from just outside the unit and do the walk in about 3 minutes. Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) is a quick less than 5 minute commute. Metro is only a 5 minute bus ride. Get to your main roads 495, 50 and 66 within only a couple of minutes and 95, 395 and Dulles express not much further. Very safe with on site security and assigned spaces.... This unit has always been a well maintained smoke-FREE, bug free condo. . Shows well and appears to be owner occupied. Tenants have always respected my property. Freshly painted light gray walls with a ceiling white paint for the ceiling and the trim painted is a gloss white that gives a nice accent next to the walls. There is no heavy build-up of one color paint job like a lot of rentals. I am looking for someone that is respectful of neighbors, pays rent on time or before it's due, no smoking, respects property and has good credit. I will consider short term for this unit.
