The pool is open from May to September, with access for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. With the best transportation network in the Washington, D.C. area, you are only minutes from downtown. Walking distance to Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Only one parking space is offered, and to avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Bath towels are not provided.
