The pool is open from May to September, with access for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. Located in National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, you will have access to the best transportation network in the Washington, D.C. area. The apartment is only minutes from downtown and within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Bath towels are not provided. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
