These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival, but they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Parking is available with covered, in-building, in/out access for one vehicle at $39 per night. Guests will have private access to the unit and all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and we will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control. Local residents are not allowed to book homes for same-day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two hours of the rented property. The apartment offers high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly.
