The apartment boasts ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, spacious storage closets, and a seasonal HVAC system. Complimentary starter items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels, and seasonings are provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Parking is available for one vehicle at $39 per night, with specific instructions provided upon payment. Please note that oversized vehicles may not fit. The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. Be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors such as building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Local residents are not allowed to book homes for same-day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two hours of the rented property.
