The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Parking must be in the designated space with a permit displayed to avoid towing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to vehicles while parked on the property. Bath towels are not provided.
