It includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, an over-sized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, and a seasonal HVAC system. Guests will have access to all building amenities including an outdoor landscaped terrace, swimming pool, and fitness center. Complimentary starter items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are provided to kickstart your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Parking is available in a surface lot for one vehicle for $39 per night. Maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and we will do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur.
