Enjoy the oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, and a seasonal HVAC system. Complimentary starter items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are provided to kickstart your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Surface lot parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Please note that oversized vehicles may not fit. Upon payment for parking, specific parking instructions will be provided. Maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors like building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided for these issues. Local residents cannot book homes for same-day arrival if their primary residence is within two hours of the property. Includes high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV with cable, and ample space for a comfortable work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included.
