If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Only one parking spot is available for your stay, and parking in designated spaces is required to avoid towing. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
