The residence provides all the pleasures and is ideally suited for business executives. You will be located 15 minutes away from the White House, The Capitol, and Georgetown University. One stop from Reagan National Airport and three blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a living room that includes a TV. Feel at home in this well-appointed space. House tailored to your highest standards with decoration to make you feel at home. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a living room with a TV. The first bedroom has two queen-size beds, and the second bedroom has one queen-size bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Access to the pool is for registered guests only, with each reservation including two registered guests. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. Parking is available, and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. Excellent location anchored at the center of the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area. Self check-in is available, and you will have the entire place to yourself. Our office hours are from 7 am to 11 pm, and we are only a phone call or message away. Basic products for personal care and cooking are provided for the first nights. Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
