The pool is open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only, with each reservation including two registered guests. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. Only one parking spot is available, and additional parking must be found in the area. The apartment is within walking distance to the Crystal City Metro, providing easy access to everything. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. We do not provide bath towels. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
