The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. We do not provide bath towels. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit.
