The first room has two queen-size beds and a TV, the second room has one queen-size bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed. Parking is available for just $20 per night. Located in National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have access to the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking space is offered, and to avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
