Enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness center, an outdoor terrace with a warm fireplace, a billiards game area, and a cozy library. Parking is available for $20 per night. The pool is open from May to September, with access for registered guests only. Each reservation includes registration for two people, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. Situated in National Landing, which comprises the thriving neighborhoods of Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, you'll have access to the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area. The apartment is only minutes from downtown and within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is fully operational from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking space is offered, and to avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A screening process is required as part of our commitment to community safety.
