The first room has two queen-size beds, the second room has one queen-size bed, and the third room (den) has one full-size bed. Parking is available for just $20 per night. The pool is open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. We only offer one parking space, and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of our community, we ask that you complete a screening process.
