The pool is only open from May to September (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. Additional guests can be checked in for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking space is offered and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
